About Cindy
Cindy began her real estate career in New York and was broker/owner of her own Real Estate Company and went on to become Vice President of the Board of Realtors and Chair of the Grievance Committee in NY. She has been blessed to achieve a high level of success throughout her career.
Cindy and her husband Jan are licensed real estate agents and Community Association Managers (CAM's) in the state of Florida. In addition, they are also licensed real estate agents/REALTORS® in South Carolina. Cindy is a 2023 International Diamond Society Award winner and a top producing award winner in 2024. Cindy and Jan understand the complexities of selling real estate and know what is necessary for sellers and buyers to experience smooth transactions and expedited closings.
Cindy will assist you with asking the right questions, obtaining the necessary information and documents, and handling all aspects of the sales process from beginning through closing including pricing, negotiations, inspections, dealing with the unexpected, and follow through.
